IMMOKALEE, Fla. -- Florida Highway Patrol Troopers are investigating what led up to a deadly crash in Immokalee Tuesday.
The crash happened on Lake Trafford Road near N 19th Street.
FHP says an SUV hit and killed 69-year-old Rosario Ramirez. Troopers say Ramirez was trying to cross Lake Trafford when she was hit.
Investigators say Ramirez was not using a marked crosswalk.
