IMMOKALEE, Fla. — This weekend, you can lace up your shoes and run in a 5k to help Immokalee students prepare for the upcoming school year.
The Lipman Family Farms annual 5k run for backpacks is happening on Saturday at Immokalee High School.
Money raised will help buy school supplies to fill more than $1500 backpacks, bicycles, gift cards, and haircuts.
Lipman Farms will have a backpack giveaway and back to school event on August 3rd at Immokalee High School.
