2nd arrest made in North Port homicide

NORTH PORT, Fla. -- Another arrest has been made in connection to a murder investigation following an argument over drugs and money, police say.

42-year-old Michael Hendricks, Jr. is now facing charges of Accessory to Second Degree Murder and Possession of a Weapon or Ammo by a Convicted Felon. 

According to North Port Police, Hendricks lives at the home where the murder happened on Monday, September 25th.  Police say they have evidence which shows he conspired to cover up the crime and lied to authorities during the investigation.

They also found, guns, ammo, and drugs in the home.
