BRADENTON CITY, Fla. — A 26-year-old woman has died in a single-vehicle crash Saturday morning.
Police said the woman was traveling eastbound on 44th Avenue East, east of 1st Street West, around 3 a.m. when she traveled onto the south shoulder and hit a curb.
Police say her vehicle entered the driveway access of 106 Cortex Road West, rotated and overturned, hitting a cable utility pole and a Steak n' Shake sign.
Officials say the vehicle came to a stop on its right side. The crash is still under investigation.
