A human skull was found in Charlotte County Wednesday.
The skull was found at the intersection of Riverside Drive and Morningstar Drive in Punta Gorda.
The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office says the remains were found by a railroad woker Wednesday afternoon.
The sheriff's office does not believe people in the area are in danger.
