COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- A violent armed robbery in Golden Gate on Tuesday during which a gun was fired has led to the arrest of five teenagers.

According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, the robbery happened around 2:45 a.m. in the 800 block of Logan Boulevard.

The 27-year-old victim told investigators that he agreed to meet an acquaintance in front of a home to purchase marijuana.  While waiting, a white car approached and two men got out with firearms and their faces covered.  The males pointed their guns at the victim and demanded money, and the victim handed over his wallet with cash.

Later Tuesday, detectives arrested 18-year-old Christopher Cruz, 19-year-old Salvador Olmos, 18-year-old Andre Dubon, and a 16-year-old female.  The next day, detectives arrested another 16-year-old female for the crime.
