FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Lee County deputies have identified the elderly homeowner killed after his condo went up in flames in Fort Myers last week.
The fire happened Thursday afternoon at a home on South Brandywine Circle. Deputies now say crews found the body of 93-year-old Ray Creskie after putting out the flames.
Investigators say he was inside the garage when they believe a car parked inside burst into flames. But investigators are still working to confirm that the car is to blame.
