CHICAGO -- Some sports fans can be very superstitious, but this next story might make you a believer too.
A Chicago man made a bold prediction almost 23 years ago in his 1993 Mission Viejo High School yearbook. Under his senior photo was "Chicago Cubs. 2016 World Series champions. You heard it here first."
He says he came up with the phrase after a dream he had. "I'm like I don't know what to put...I had a dream about it. It was up on the red scoreboard they have. Now I'm getting reminded again," says Mike Lee.
The photo went viral at the start of the series last week, and has since become prophetic. The Cubs defeated the Indians in Game 7 Wednesday night.
But that wasn't the only early prediction of the 2016 World Series. A Florida man appears to have been eerily accurate about this year's World Series in a tweet nearly 2 years ago.
2016 World Series.
Cubs vs Indians
And then the world will end with the score tied in game seven in extra innings #apocalypse

Fortunately, he was wrong about the apocalypse.
