ESTERO, Fla. — The Village of Estero has teamed up with Lab 24 to perform three days of testing for COVID for Estero residents.

Testing will be available from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, November 23 – 25, at Hertz Arena.

The test is said to have a one day turnaround time.

These tests will be conducted in the parking lot of the arena and are free to the public.

The Village encourages our community members and any visiting family and friends to get tested in advance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

In addition, two masks each will be mailed to all residential doors and 30,000 to business and non-profit (schools, churches, etc.) agency employees in Estero at the end of December.

The masks are being provided through the CARES Act and are meant to encourage mask use during the continuing COVID pandemic.

The Village asks that residents continue to help keep our community safe by following the CDC recommended guidelines of social distancing, wearing a face covering in public, and washing your hands for a count of 20.
