Fort Myers Beach business leaders are selling "We are Fort Myers Beach" t-shirts. They say all of the proceeds will provide grocery gift cards for hospitality workers who've lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

Fort Myers Beach leaders are selling "We are Fort Myers Beach" t-shirts.

They say all of the proceeds will provide grocery gift cards for hospitality workers who lost their jobs due to the coronavirus epidemic.

So far, the community has helped to raise $19,000.

Organizers have distributed 75 gift cards, and 230 hospitality workers have applied to get help.
