BONITA SPRINGS, Fla — An entire class at Bonita Springs Elementary is now under quarantine.
The Lee County school district tells FOX 4 parents were notified about a positive case at the school on Tuesday.
The district says the Florida Department of Health in Lee County is contacting those who were directly impacted.
They also say the proper cleaning and sanitizing protocols will occur in the spaces the person was on campus.
Students in this classroom will be able to return to school on November 10th.
The district also says this incident won't affect the face-to-face instruction at the school.
And classes are resuming as normal.
