Collier County Library helps with distribution of unemployment applications

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — The Collier County Public Library is assisting The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity with the distribution of unemployment application forms and mailing envelopes to Florida residents.

The applications will be available in English, Spanish and Creole.

On April 14, residents can pick up an application along with a mailing envelope at an unstaffed table outside the following seven (7) library entrances from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday until further notice.

Residents can complete the application at home and mail it to (postage is required):
Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, P.O. Box 5350, Tallahassee, FL 32314-5350.


Applicants are welcome to drop off the sealed envelope at one of four FedEx stores offering free mailing.
