FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Coronavirus test site at CenturyLink Sports Complex has closed for the remainder of the day due to thunderstorms across the area.

This is for the safety of the personnel and the preservation of the testing equipment. The site will reopen tomorrow at 9 a.m. Please do not line up cars outside the gate.

Testing is for ages 18 and up only, and you must bring a valid photo ID for everyone being tested. You must wear a face-covering/mask; you must cover your mouth for the nasal swab.

Those waiting to get tested asked to stay in your vehicles at all times and to keep their windows closed until given direction to open for the nasal swab.

The testing site is free, and the average wait times are 30 minutes or less.

You do not need doctors orders or a prescription.
