A landmark in the Pine Island community is up to the highest bidder Thursday.
The owners are closing up Red's Fresh Seafood House on Stringfellow Road in Pine Island. But the end of that chapter could mean a new future for you in the restaurant business!
The highest bidder will get the completely equipped restaurant, exactly how people remember it. It also comes with a new $200,000 sewer system and liquor license, and includes a secondary building on the property consisting of a storage unit and residence.
Bidding opens at 8am, and the first bid starts at $5,000. Subsequent bids will be in increments of $100.
