COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Stacy Scuderi's troubles with the law have gone to a new level. The woman, married to a prominent Naples attorney, will remain in jail for several violations while on probation.
Her most recent arrest comes after taking Collier County Sheriffs deputies on a high speed chase going more than 110 miles per hour down Immokolee Road just last week.
She has several cases pending. As we look deeper into Stacy Scuderi's arrest record, it seems everyone from nannies to judges are intimidated by her.
In 2014, her nanny filed a petition to the court, claiming Scuderi -- while drinking vodka and taking pills -- was putting her three children in danger. The nanny's 911 call has her screaming for help saying she has scratches on her face from Scuderi attacking her.
And a court document from November of 2013 which states circuit court judge Elizabeth Krier "recuses herself from any further proceedings." Scuderi "has made threats against the judge and her family."
On December 22nd, Scuderi was leaving Walmart, heading to her home at Ibis Cove. She was going approximately 110 MPH while deputies chased her.
Deputies not only smelled alcohol on her, but also observed she had defecated in the drivers seat.
A court order now shows all the cases pending while out on bail. The judge has accordingly revoked bond for everyone of them.
Scuderi is now sitting in jail waiting for her next court date.
