Lee County Sheriff's Deputies arrested someone for murdering a man behind a newly constructed RaceTrac convenience store.

Investigators believe Devontae Harris shot 25-year-old Willie Moore several times.

Harris and Moore were staying at the nearby Travelodge.  Witnesses told police the two men knew each other and hated each other because of a fight years ago.

They fought shortly before Moore's murder.  Witnesses say as they were fighting, Harris broke free, grabbed his backpack and pulled out his semi-automatic gun.

Moore tried to jump in a car driven by two women, but the women fought him off.  Moore then ran to the back of the RaceTrac where he was found dead.

Investigators say ballistic testing matches the gun found in Harris' car and Harris' cell phone was found at the scene.
