America's favorite dog, for the 30th year in a row, is once again the Labrador retriever.
The American Kennel Clubused registration statistics from the AKC to compile and analyze the data to come up with a list of 195 favorite breeds.
The breed has been on the top ten list since the 1970s, according to the American Kennel Club.
This year’s runner-up in the French Bulldog, pushing aside the German Shepard which has been a favorite for the past eleven years.

Other breed favorites that made the list were Dachshunds making it into the tenth spot, Pointers, Rottweilers, Beagles, Poodles, Bulldogs, and Golden Retrievers.
