A man was arrested for choking a 75-year-old woman with a metal dog leash and biting her face.
Tampa police said a good Samaritan, who is the elderly woman's neighbor stepped in to help.
The man said he was going to kill the elderly woman, according to the neighbor. Deputies later arrived to the scene and arrested the man. The elderly woman was taken to a hospital and is still recovering.
