CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — One person was killed in a crash Wednesday morning in Charlotte County.
Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) says the crash involved a dump truck and motorcycle on Highway 17 (Duncan Road) and Golf Course Boulevard.
Charlotte County Sheriff's Office closed the roadway and alerted drivers to use another route.
The crash is under investigation.
No word on if there were any other injuries.
