CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — State Housing Initiative Partnership funds are available for the rehabilitation of qualified affordable rental housing units impacted by Hurricane Ian.
Funding is available for non-profit, special needs, and other rental housing providers with units reserved for income-eligible tenants.
Funding is limited.
The application deadline is 5:00 pm Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
