PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. — Charlotte County Fire And EMS said they were dispatched to Veterans Blvd. and Atwater Street in Port Charlotte on Sunday afternoon for an accident with a child invovled.
Fire Crews said when they arrived they had one pediatric patient who appeared to have fallen out of a moving vehicle.
Charlotte County fire said crews established a landing zone for Aeromed near Kenilworth Street.
The child was flown as a trauma alert helicopter to All Children's Hospital in St Petersburg.
