FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Four in Your Corner has obtained the investigative summary report for South Fort Myers High School head football coach Anthony Dixon, who was fired in light of a sex incident in the school's bathroom.

The more than 80-page report has statements from Coach Dixon, Assistant Coach Nathan O'Jibbway, and other staff members, as well information from the school's then-principal Melissa Layner.

It says 26 football players went in and out of the bathroom between 1:37 and 2:33 PM.

Coach Dixon, also a school security specialist, told investigators he took his lunch break at 1:58. The athletes were left with at least three other coaches.

When Dixon was asked for a statement about the day the sex incident went down, he said two students "...asked if they could use the bathroom," then "...another asked if he could go turn in work, and I said yes."

Then Coach Dixon said he left.

He said he didn't hear about the sex incident until the next morning.

His statement to investigators said, in part: "A student told me some of his teammates had sex with a girl in the restroom. When he gave me the names of the boys, I went to the security office. While sitting in the office, I overheard a kid outside talking about it. So I opened the door and asked him to come in until I finished getting all the boys. After I picked up everyone I got them to write statements and turned it over to Dr. Mitchell," who is an assistant principal at South Fort Myers High School.

Coach O'Jibbway, who was relieved of his coaching duties but is still a P.E. teacher at the school, said: "I was in the library with the other coaches. I was sitting on the couch near the front door between the kids and the door. No student asked me to go anywhere and I did not send anyone out of the library. They have got permission from another coach."

Four in Your Corner also learned Don Payne, the Athletic Director at South Fort Myers High School, has resigned. It's unclear why he resigned, but he will remain the Athletic Director until the district finds a replacement, then he will become a classroom teacher at a local elementary school.
