Multiple crews respond to fire at business in Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla. — UPDATE (6:58 AM)-- The fire is now contained.

(4:57 AM)--Multiple units are responding to a fire on 4610 Amedicus Lane and Crystal Drive in Fort Myers.

Fire crews are working to put out the fire, and flames can be seen coming out of the building.

A PIO on scene told Fox 4 the building was occupied by a company called Cable Company of America.

The Fort Myers Fire, Iona McGregor, South Trail Departments all responded to the scene.

Crews had ladder trucks in all four corners of the building, and EMS is on standby, but there were no reported injuries.

There is still no word if anyone was in the building at the time of the fire.
