A late night in a crowded Cincinnati bar took a deadly turn.

Cincinnati's police chief confirmed 16 people were shot at the Cameo Bar around 2 am Sunday morning after shots were fired by multiple people inside the nightclub.

Chief Elliot Isaac says the initial investigation shows several Cincinnati area men were involved in a dispute that led to gunfire.

Isaac identified the man who died as 27-year-old O'Bryan Spikes. He says two of the wounded are in critical condition, one "extremely critical."

Four In Your Corner is speaking with a local security expert who says more could have been done to prevent the shooting.
