According to WalletHub.com, Florida ranked overall 47th out of 51, all 50 states plus the District of Columbia, for teachers in the nation.
The website ranked all 50 states by the quality of the school system, teacher salary, and spending per student.
Florida ranks 41st out of 51 for teachers average annual salary.
The state also ranks 21st in quality of school systems, 28th in student teacher ratios and 37 in school spending per student.
