A Collier County cleaning lady was caught on camera cleaning out an elderly woman's medicine cabinet and jewelry box. The suspect, Alison Jackson, is charged with grand theft, larceny, and dealing in stolen property.

The victim told Four In Your Corner the person who usually cleans her home has been out and the company has been sending Jackson as a temporary replacement. The victim told deputies she noticed several of her prescription pills missing over the past two months. On one occasion 21 pills were missing. A couple weeks later, close to 30 pills went missing, and more recently 5 additional pills went missing.

Surveillance equipment captured Jackson opening up a pill bottle on the vanity, consuming several pills, and concealing several additional pills in her bra. Jackson is suspected of taking close to 20 pills from the bottle. The victim did not want to share the surveillance video, fearing Jackson may return.

Two days later, the victim contacts the Sheriff's Office to report four pieces of jewelry are missing, including a diamond ring, a couple of diamond bracelets, and a gold necklace, totaling more than $30,000.

Reports show Jackson admitted to taking the jewelry to Pine Ridge Pawn where she received close to $1,200 for the items.

The victim did not want to name the business she hired to clean her home because she said she didn't want to give the business a bad name. She says she has never had any concerns with the company in the past.

Pine Ridge Pawn declined to comment.
