CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Another election-centered display is catching the eye of people in Southwest Florida, this time in Cape Coral.

It's in front of the Auto Sound store on Cape Coral Parkway.  It features Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and her Republican challenger Donald Trump, and they're sporting some red boxing gloves.

"I think it's a conversation starter."

The life-size mannequin of Clinton wears a smile, while Trump's appears to be screaming -- and they're both wearing bright red boxing gloves as they continue fighting for the White House.

Tyler Kehl, who works near by, tells Fox 4 that the goofy display is an accurate representation of how nasty the race is getting now.  "As far as the politics that are happening currently, it's savage."

We asked the people behind the display what's up with the mannequins.  Rather than a political message, they say it's just for laughs.  "It's just for fun. You know, it's the election. They're boxing it out, who's gonna win?" says Glen Griffith at Auto Sound.

They say people love it, and with everyone's eyes on the election, they figured it'd be a way to grab some attention.  "You know, get people to look at your business. I mean that's what it's all about."

Even though Tyler thinks it's funny, he says the election this year is very important.  "When it comes down to it, it isn't a joke, this is a very serious situation."

The display is visible from Cape Coral Parkway, but you'll have to see them during the daytime.  They do bring them in at night.
