A strong cold front will move through Southwest Florida late Friday and this will bring welcome relief from the hot temperatures we've seen across the area lately.
Temperatures by Saturday morning will fall into the low to mid 60's. Highs on Saturday will reach around 80 for most spots, with some areas staying the upper 70's.
The coolest temperatures will occur Saturday night, where most of SWFL will drop into the mid and upper 50's. Highs Sunday will reach the upper 70's to lower 80's.
Temperatures and humidity will rebound next week, especially by Tuesday with warmer overnight temperatures in the low to mid 60s and afternoon highs in the low to mid 80s. A few showers may return to the forecast as well by mid-week.
Enjoy the comfortable weather while it lasts!
