Tropical Storm Earl has formed in the Caribbean and will track westward toward the Yucatan Peninsula/Belize coastline by Wednesday night.
Some strengthening of the system is expected as it moves into very warm waters in the Gulf of Honduras. Winds aloft are light making for favorable upper level winds for strengthening.
