COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Collier County has issued a mandatory evacuation starting Friday at 1 p.m. for Goodland Everglades City and Chokoloskee.
Officials are also urging people living in mobile homes anywhere in Collier County, especially east of Collier Boulevard, to evacuate.
