Schools impacted by Hurricane Dorian in Southwest Florida

LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Some Southwest Florida school districts will be closed due to Hurricane Dorian.

Of course, there are no classes Monday for Labor Day.

Lee County announced just before noon on Monday that their schools will be open on Tuesday.

Collier County announced Monday morning that all schools will be closed Tuesday.

Charlotte County announced Monday afternoon that their schools will be open Tuesday.

DeSoto County has said they will make a decision Monday.

Hendry County says schools will be closed Tuesday, and Glades County schools will be closed until further notice.

Florida Gulf Coast University and FSW canceled classes Tuesday.

Rasmussen college says their Fort Myers campus will reopen Tuesday. All other campuses will remain closed.
