HENDRY COUNTY, Fla — If you live in Hendry County, sandbags are now available.
Officials say this is to prepare for possible impacts Tropical Storm Eta could
bring.
You will need to bring your own shovel and will be responsible for loading the sandbags in your own vehicle.
Officials ask that residents limit themselves to 25 sandbags and only take what is needed.
Below is a list of sandbag locations.
- South LaBelle - LaBelle Rodeo Grounds – 20
- Veterans Way/ State Road 29 South
- North LaBelle – Bob Mason Park – County Road 78
- Felda – Felda Fire Department - 1100 County Road 830
- Montura -Montura Fire Department 465 Del Sur Ave.
- Pioneer – Pioneer Fire Department - 2499 Hendry Isles Blvd
- Clewiston – Health Department – 1100 Olympia Street
