Jorge Perez is a native Texan and the first in his family to be born in the U.S. He has more than 23 years of experience serving his community and meeting needs in a variety of youth development focused positions throughout his career. Before coming to work with Y-USA, Jorge served YMCAs in Dallas, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Southwest Illinois.
