Victoria Kirby is a New York-based journalist, editor, consultant, and on-air personality specializing in the beauty and wellness industries.
Victoria began her career at Harper’s Bazaar, where she rose from beauty assistant to beauty editor within just a few years. She went on to serve as beauty editor at Allure, editorial director of Makeup.com, and, most recently, as the beauty director of Redbook, where she oversaw all beauty editorial content and doubled the size of the magazine’s beauty section within her first two years there. Victoria managed all special projects for Redbook beauty, including an annual 30-page beauty special and their annual beauty product awards. She also developed brand partnerships with key beauty advertisers to create custom content and increase ad pages.
