Ana Quincoces is a Latina celebrity chef, food entrepreneur, cookbook author and social influencer. Specializing in delicious Cuban food, she is a sought-after bilingual talent on reality and talk television shows. She wrote three cookbooks: Sabor! A Passion for Cuban Cuisine, Cuban Chicks Can Cook and The Versailles Restaurant Cookbook. Ana also created Skinny Latina, a popular line of Latin-inspired cooking sauces and marinades sold in 500 grocery stores. A self-taught home cook known for spicing up dishes with a Cuban twist, Ana was a finalist on Food Network Star, Season 12. She then went from contestant to judge, appearing on Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay, and Telemundo’s MasterChef Latino. Ana also hosted Fox’s Utilisima Puro Chef, and for several years co-hosted Daily Flash, an internationally distributed news and entertainment program airing on the CW and Fox Networks. She’s been a guest at the Today Show, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Telemundo’s Un Nuevo Dia, Univision’s Despierta America, HLN and CNN. Ana has also served as a keynote speaker for various conferences around the country, including Hispanic Leadership and Women in Business. She is the happiest when cooking with her two daughters, Beba, a Los Angeles TV producer, and Kati, a New York attorney.
