Eric Greenspan is among Los Angeles’ most popular and celebrated chefs. He graduated from Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris before training with such renowned chefs as Alain Ducasse and Joachim Splichal. He opened The Foundry on Melrose to rave reviews, followed by several other successful eateries. Eric has appeared on countless programs. He has hosted shows for The Food Network and the National Geographic Channel; he is a regular judge on “Guy’s Grocery Games”; and has judged and competed in numerous food competitions, including “Iron Chef America,” on which he defeated Bobby Flay, and “Cutthroat kitchen All-Stars,” which he won. Eric is the Executive Chef and Owner of The Roof on Wilshire and owner of the Alt Grub Faction, a collection of delivery-only virtual restaurant concepts including Brekkie Breakfast Burritos, 2 on a Roll, and Chino Latino. He became a WW Member, and after losing 52 pounds, became the Brand Ambassador for WW Healthy Kitchen™ in 2018.
