Kaitlyn leads strategic Social Impact partnerships at Facebook, overseeing a team dedicated to providing nonprofit organizations with strategic insights and counsel on maximizing the potential of Facebook's Social Impact and charitable giving products and initiatives including #GivingTuesday, Facebook Fundraisers, Donate buttons and more. She focuses on highlighting the incredible impact that people make using Facebook tools for both their local and global communities. Kaitlyn works directly with nonprofits to help them activate people and organizations that amplify and scale their impact. Prior to Facebook, Kaitlyn led marketing at media start-up theSkimm and spent years working at the nonprofit organization charity: water.
