Authored or coauthored of more than 50 articles published in peer-reviewed journals, Norman E. Lepor, MD, is Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and attending cardiologist at Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute Los Angeles, California. He is also the director of Clinical Research at Westside Medical Associates of Los Angeles and Co-Director of Cardiovascular Imaging at Westside Medical Imaging in Beverly Hills. Well known as a “triple threat” through his accomplishments as a clinician, educator and clinical research scientist, he has served as principal investigator for numerous pivotal cardiovascular clinical trials and is currently the Principal Investigator of the COLCORONA trial in Los Angeles.
