Stefani Sassos, MS, RDN, CSO, CDN, was appointed to the role of Good Housekeeping Registered Dietitian in December 2019.
Stefani earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Stefani handles all of Good Housekeeping’s nutrition-related content, testing and evaluation. She reports on all trending nutrition topics and rigorously reviews any food products interested in earning the Good Housekeeping Nutritionist Approved emblem. She previously worked as a Senior Clinical Oncology Dietitian at The Cancer Institute at St. Francis Hospital and also ran her own private practice on Long Island.
Stefani has an extensive fitness background as a personal trainer and indoor cycling instructor. She is dedicated to leading a healthy and active lifestyle, and inspiring others to do the same. Stefani is an avid CrossFitter and loves spending time with her big fit Greek family.
