LEE COUNTY, Fla. — There's a new food truck in town that combines both Latin and Indian flavors, making it the first of its kind in Southwest Florida.
Sush Mansharamani and her husband Monish came up with this concept to provide the community with the authentic street style food they grew up with. Sush has more than five years in the food and restaurant industry. She served as a chef of a five-star food service called India Palace Sweets in Canary Islands, Spain.
