LEE COUNTY, Fla. — The Red Cross Virtual Family Assistance Center is offering free support to those facing challenges and emotional difficulties due to the loss of a loved one.
The Virtual Family Assistance Center and Call Center are available to provide emotional support and assist in finding any additional resources that may be needed.
Individual and group emotional support is also available for frontline workers. This free service helps to cope with the stress of working with families affected by COVID 19.
Red Cross volunteers who are professional healthcare providers, mental health providers and spiritual care providers will work with individuals directly or can schedule a group support session.
All services are free and confidential.
Groups can schedule a support session using the Training Request Form.
