NAPLES, Fla. — COVID-19 has caused staffing challenges across the nation, including for NCH Healthcare System which is currently recruiting for over 300 clinical positions.
As NCH work to fill these positions, they have also created a plan to retain and attract talent, such as developing incentives for nursing bedside caregivers in addition to new policies for all employees. These steps are immediate actions to help support current teams while recruiting new staff.
