As many across the state of Florida struggle with figuring out how to make ends meet, one Fort Myers housing community is giving some families even more to worry about tonight.
The Colonnade at the Forum recently passed a new rule.
That rule asks landlords to pay a $1,000 security deposit, and that costs is being passed onto tenants - some who are currently jobless.
