FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. — Starting Friday, a pirate adventure cruise in Fort Myers Beach is welcoming people back on board.
Salty Sam's Pirate Cruise says it's the same fun families enjoy, but under the latest safety guidelines.
It plans to operate at 50% capacity with groups social distancing six feet apart.
Crew and staff have been cleaning and updating the ship, which includes new sanitizing stations.
They say they've also been working on creative ways to interact with guests under current safety guidelines.
“We have missed seeing the smiling faces of kids and adults alike on board,” said Ryan Able, Pirate Manager. “We’ve been working very hard to get the ship ready for cruising and to make our new Pirate Show the best it has ever been.”
