FORT MYERS, Fla. — The owners of a Southwest Florida restaurant are hoping you'll consider some more exotic options for your Easter Sunday meal - or whatever you're celebrating this weekend.
Ember Korean Steakhouse on College Parkway and 41 in Fort Myers has adapted to the pandemic by offering to-go family style meals for Easter or any other night of the week!
The folks at Ember have moved their kitchen outside - putting their grill in the parking lot of the tidy shopping center they call home.
They've also simplified their menu - offering bowls, skewers, sandwiches and other entrees for about $10.
They also offer Soju to go. That's a Korean form of alcohol that's usually made from rice, wheat and barley.
Ember is famous for its sushi too and they have that to go too.
Another adaption is that they will sell you fresh cuts of beef, seafood and other meats.
