FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Fox 4 has confirmed that the family of 18-year old Stef'An Strawder, who was killed Monday morning by a gunshot, is planning to sue Club Blu.
Joesph R. North of The North Law Firm, P.A. confirmed he will be representing the Strawder family in a wrongful death lawsuit against Club Blue Inc. The North Law Firm has also said the lawsuit has not yet been filed at the time.
Stef'An Strawder and 14-year-old Sean Archilles were both shot and killed at Club Blu after a swimsuit party for teens.
