MARCO ISLAND, Fla -- The manager of a Marco Island based dance group is suing Donald Trump.

"USA Freedom Kids" manager Jeff Popick told Fox-4, he's still working out details of the lawsuit with attorneys, but it stems from two campaign appearances.

The singing group consists 5 girls who live in Southwest Florida.

Popick said the campaign promised the group a table where they could sell CDs and promotional materials at a Trump campaign event in Pensacola earlier this year, in exchange for their performance.

Popick said that table wasn't available when they arrived at the event.

Popick said they were invited to perform at a veterans fundraiser in Iowa in January hosted by Trump. They flew up to Chicago and Popick said as they prepared for the long drive to Iowa, a campaign official told him the performance was called off.

Popick agrred to do a phone interview with Fox-4, but he never returned our call.

Fox-4 also called Trump's Florida campaign Chair, Karen Giorno for comment, but have yet to hear back.
