NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. -- A crash involving a semi-truck is caused lane closures on Bayshore Road at Interstate 75 Wednesday morning. All lanes have since reopened.
The truck was exiting northbound I-75 and apparently attempting to turn left on Bayshore when another vehicle crashed into the trailer portion of the truck and became wedged underneath it.
The crash caused all eastbound lanes of Bayshore Road to be blocked, leaving just one westbound lane open. Both northbound turn lanes on the 1-75 exit ramp were also blocked.
Two people suffered injuries in the crash.
