COLLIER COUNTY, Fla -- The Collier County Sheriff's Office advises the public to expect heavy traffic on Sunday during the planned visit by presidential candidate Donald Trump.
Motorists should expect increased traffic volumes along Immokalee Road in the area of the fairgrounds, resulting in significant traffic delays before and after the event.
Deputies will be out directing traffic along Immokalee Road.
Residents planning to attend the event should allow for plenty of time to reach the fairgrounds and to be prepared for long lines.
Motorists who have other business in the area are urged to make alternative travel plans.
