LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Investigators were called to the scene of what's being called a suspicious fire after a mobile home briefly caught fire early Tuesday morning.
It happened at around 3 AM in the 7000 block of Ebson Drive in the Suncoast Estates neighborhood.
Nobody was injured in the small fire, but two occupants in the home say they were cooking at the time when they heard a 'whoosh' outside. When they went outside they found a small fire in the front of the mobile home.
Firefighters were able to put the fire out with only light damage to the home.
Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the fire.
